Woodland loop

A major renovation was needed to transform a dark and closed-up kitchen and family room that didn’t function for today’s living.  Walls were removed, doorways expanded and removed and the kitchen ceiling extended into the vaulted family room to create the ultimate open concept family space.  In addition, a wall was constructed to provide privacy for the powder bathroom and a focal point for the TV.  We also updated the front door and added eight foot doors and windows along the back of the house.  All of these architectural changes created the foundation for a gourmet kitchen with beautiful custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, an amazing Moroccan tiled range hood (design found by client and I absolutely love it!) and light filled spaces that beckons the family home to a warm and vibrant environment.
